Microsoft Power Platform Architect
Responsibilities:
- Ability to provide oversight as well as set up the Microsoft Power Platform environments and related technologies
- Establish technical governance, define standards and frameworks to manage tenants, environments, users, COE Kits, and drive best practices
- Lead practice content positioning, amplifying service offerings across internal stakeholders
- Support content creation for presales activities in Microsoft Power Platform, including client presentations and solutioning.
- Develop and support technology roadmap and solution offerings that incorporate advancements in the technology stack and incorporate new enhancements into practice positioning.
- Lead technical assessments for clients looking to shift their digital productivity technology stack
- Conceptualize and develop relevant use cases for client engagements: proof-of-concepts (POC), proof-of-value (POV), proof-of-technology (POT) and production deployments
- Lead implementation and migration projects, leveraging a global delivery team and coordinating with business and client stakeholders
- Guide teams in identifying technical risk early in the process and identify opportunities for scaling and hardening processes to provide higher impact for clients
- Establish communication monitoring and support methodologies for clients
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Preferred 10 years of hands-on experience on at least one of the programming languages (e.g. .Net, Java, VB, C#/C, HTML/CSS, Python, Web Services, mainframe, web applications, SQL, data integration tools, technical automation tools)
- Must have 2+ years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform architect and have successfully led implementations of Microsoft Power Platform programs
- Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform components – Power Automate Desktop, Power Automate Cloud Flow, AI Builder, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, Virtual Agent/Copilot etc.
- Experience implementing solutions using Azure AI services
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks and Gen AI programming is a plus
- Knowledge in data sciences and data analytics, and utilization of machine learning algorithms in automation is preferred
- Delivery management experience in leading large global implementations
- Strong program management skills with attention to detail to ensure onetime execution for clients
- Demonstrated strength in developing client relationships, managing outcomes, and driving results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to blend the practitioner experience with clear presentation skills to support impactful client discussions
- Ability to work collaboratively in a virtual and highly-matrixed environment
- Willing to travel to client location as per engagement requirement
