Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in Murex MxML Integration and Murex Datamart & Reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asset & Wealth Management. This hybrid role requires excellent technical expertise and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Murex MxML Integration solutions to ensure seamless data flow and system integration.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Murex Datamart & Reporting to provide accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop technical specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Murex integration and reporting.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Murex integration and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for all technical processes and procedures.
  • Monitor system performance and implement optimizations to enhance efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Murex technology and incorporate them into the project.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Murex MxML Integration and Murex Datamart & Reporting.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a solid understanding of Asset & Wealth Management domain.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Display the ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals.
