Responsibilities : - Lead the quality assurance process for various projects ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards. - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems to ensure compliance with industry standards. - Provide expertise in Compliance Management ensuring all processes adhere to regulatory requirements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues promptly. - Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to enhance project outcomes. - Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. - Analyze data and generate reports to monitor quality performance and identify areas for improvement. - Mentor and train team members on quality assurance best practices and procedures. - Utilize analytics to drive data-driven decisions and improve overall project quality. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are understood and met. - Implement corrective actions to address any deviations from quality standards. - Ensure all quality documentation is accurate and up-to-date. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve quality processes. -Qualifications - Possess strong technical skills in SAP and Compliance Management. - Have experience in Analytics which is a nice to have skill. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. - Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. - Show proficiency in developing and implementing quality control plans. - Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards. - Be proactive in identifying and addressing quality issues. - Display the ability to mentor and train team members effectively. 9.
