PLM Project Manager - Teamcenter

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have mandatory technical expertise in Microsoft Azure IoT and preferably domain experience in Hi-Tech. This hybrid role requires excellent project management skills to drive successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle for Microsoft Azure IoT initiatives.
  • Oversee project planning execution and delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams to achieve project goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IoT solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and performance ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate project status issues and risks to stakeholders effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
  • Facilitate project meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and innovation.
  • Manage project budgets resources and timelines to ensure optimal utilization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the project team.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance project delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored IoT solutions.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior project managers and team members.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Contribute to the companys growth by delivering successful projects that impact society positively.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in Microsoft Azure IoT with proven experience.
  • Have domain expertise in the Hi-Tech industry which is a plus.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exhibit strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving.
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Be adept at managing project budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Display a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Hold a PMP or PRINCE2 certification which is highly desirable.
  • Be familiar with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Have experience in hybrid work models and managing remote teams.
  • Show a strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Be capable of driving projects that align with business objectives and deliver tangible benefits.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 3.15.2025

The annual salary for this position is between $153K - $180K depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
