Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Manager with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ASP.NET Core Web API SQL and .Net Core. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our services and solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of service management strategies to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of ASP.NET Core Web API applications to meet business requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support for SQL database management and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop .Net Core solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in service management.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for service management processes and procedures.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve service-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and mentor a team of service professionals to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of service management practices to ensure adherence to policies.
  • Facilitate training and development programs for team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Prepare and present reports on service performance to senior management.

  • Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in ASP.NET Core Web API development and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in SQL database management and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of .Net Core framework and its applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model with rotational shifts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of managing and mentoring technical teams.
  • Experience in developing and implementing service management strategies.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in service management.
  • Ability to analyze service performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
