Job Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience in Automation Business Analysis and Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. Experience in Networks is a plus. This role involves day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of automation solutions to improve business processes
  • Oversee the analysis and planning of business strategies to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on thorough business analysis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful project execution
  • Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues or risks
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of business processes to ensure continuous improvement
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve any automation-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all projects
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure project alignment
  • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to the development of business analysis methodologies and tools
  • Support the companys mission by driving efficiency and innovation through automation
  • Demonstrate a commitment to quality and excellence in all deliverables
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment to achieve team goals
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation and business analysis

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in automation and business analysis
  • Have experience in planning and executing business strategies
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Show proficiency in project management and coordination
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have a good understanding of network domain (nice to have)
  • Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and day shifts
  • Display a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Be committed to continuous learning and professional development
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have a track record of successful project delivery
  • Demonstrate a passion for innovation and improvement.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional
