Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Control-M Scheduler and a strong background in Manufacturing and Supply Chain as well as Research and Development. This hybrid role requires excellent organizational and communication skills to manage projects effectively and ensure successful outcomes.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project phases are clearly defined and achievable.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of project schedules using Control-M Scheduler.
  • Provide direction and support to project teams ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project deliverables meet expectations.
  • Manage project risks and issues implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members stakeholders and management.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and apply lessons learned to future projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
  • Utilize project management tools and methodologies to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and outcomes.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background in Control-M Scheduler with hands-on experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain as well as Research and Development.
  • Exhibit excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Show proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Display the ability to analyze complex problems and develop practical solutions.
