Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Dev Specialist with 8 to 9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow CSM. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and does not require travel. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our infrastructure development processes and ensuring optimal performance.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
  • Oversee the integration of ServiceNow CSM to improve customer service management processes.
  • Provide technical expertise in the design and optimization of infrastructure systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and operation of infrastructure solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in infrastructure development.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure systems.
  • Conduct regular assessments to ensure the security and reliability of infrastructure solutions.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on infrastructure development best practices.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of infrastructure projects.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure development processes.
  • Support the companys mission by ensuring the reliability and efficiency of infrastructure systems.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics and ServiceNow CSM.
  • Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure development.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and configurations.
  • Display a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
