Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Consultant with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP GTS and a strong understanding of order feasibility and updating customer master data. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both remotely and on-site with no travel required. The position is a day shift role ensuring a balanced work-life schedule.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP GTS solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP GTS modules to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on order feasibility processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage the updating and maintenance of customer master data to ensure data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve SAP GTS-related issues.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to enhance their understanding of SAP GTS functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance and implement necessary enhancements to improve overall system efficiency.
  • Participate in the development of project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of SAP GTS solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP GTS-related issues.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SAP GTS with other business systems and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP GTS developments and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of SAP GTS processes and methodologies.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 11 years of experience in SAP GTS implementation and support.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in order feasibility processes and updating customer master data.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex SAP GTS issues.
  • Show proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP GTS modules.
  • Have experience in conducting system audits and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Be capable of developing and delivering training programs for end-users.
  • Stay current with the latest SAP GTS developments and industry trends.
  • Possess a strong understanding of system integration and data integrity principles.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Show a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in SAP GTS processes.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering successful SAP GTS projects on time and within budget.
