Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Consultant with 11 to 15 years of experience in SAP-FICA-Utilities for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in SAP-FICA-Utilities and preferably domain experience in Outbound Logistics and Product Lifecycle Management. This role involves day shifts with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and support of SAP-FICA-Utilities solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Oversee the configuration and customization of SAP-FICA-Utilities modules to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP-FICA-Utilities processes and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP-FICA-Utilities with other business systems.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP-FICA-Utilities configurations to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of SAP-FICA-Utilities.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to SAP-FICA-Utilities providing timely resolutions.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for SAP-FICA-Utilities configurations and processes.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP-FICA-Utilities.
  • Support the continuous improvement of SAP-FICA-Utilities by identifying and implementing enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all SAP-FICA-Utilities activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status and progress to stakeholders.
  • Drive the adoption of new features and functionalities in SAP-FICA-Utilities to maximize business value.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a deep understanding of SAP-FICA-Utilities and its applications.
  • Have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Show proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP-FICA-Utilities modules.
  • Exhibit knowledge of Outbound Logistics and Product Lifecycle Management as a plus.
  • Have experience in conducting training sessions and creating user documentation.
  • Display the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to identifying and implementing system improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices in all activities.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP-FICA-Utilities developments.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and end-users.
