About the role:
We're expanding our Sourcing Team and seeking a Spanish-speaking Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Team in Gdańsk. You'll collaborate with recruiters to find top talent across EMEA, using creativity and innovation.
To succeed in this role, you need to be an excellent communicator who is persuasive and socially adept.
You should be highly analytical, quick to learn, and a phenomenal team player capable of juggling multiple tasks at once.

Role Expectations – Primary Tasks:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize online channels such as direct search, job boards, internal databases, and professional networks
- Engage Passive Candidates: Attract and find passive candidates for our projects using social media and alternative search techniques
- Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including posting jobs, screenings, and providing interview support
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an outstanding candidate experience through effective communication and customer care
- Partner with the team to develop effective sourcing strategies and provide valuable market and talent search insights
- Network Building: Establish connections and manage candidate relationships throughout the selection process
- Talent Engagement: Elevate Cognizant's presence and promote diversity through dynamic social media advocacy
Ingredients - Our Ideal Candidate:
- Language Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills in both English (C1 level or higher) and Spanish (C2 level)
- Sourcing & Recruitment Savvy: Knowledge of sourcing and recruitment tools and methods is a big plus
- Relevant Experience: Proven track record in IT or tech, and recruitment, sourcing, or similar roles
- Social Media Enthusiast: Basic understanding of job boards and recruitment platforms, with a passion for promoting our brand
- Multitasking: Excellent time-management skills to juggle multiple open positions effectively
- Quick Learner: Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp IT skill requirements and new technologies
- Personality: Proactive, service-oriented, and equipped with strong interpersonal skills
