Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core Network Test Automation Access NW - CMTS/CCAP/RPhy and DOCSIS. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The Sr. Architect will play a crucial role in designing and implementing network solutions that enhance our companys capabilities and contribute to societal advancements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of core network solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Oversee the development and execution of test automation strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide technical expertise in Access NW
- CMTS/CCAP/RPhy to support network infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DOCSIS technology into existing systems.
- Conduct thorough analysis and troubleshooting of network issues to minimize downtime and enhance user experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network architecture and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in network design and implementation.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in network technologies and incorporate them into project plans.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for network optimization and automation.
- Contribute to the development of long-term network strategies that align with business goals.
- Support the deployment of new network solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Qualifications
- Possess extensive experience in core network design and implementation.
- Demonstrate proficiency in test automation tools and methodologies.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Access NW
- CMTS/CCAP/RPhy technologies.
- Exhibit strong understanding of DOCSIS standards and protocols.
- Show excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Display effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Certifications Required
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
