Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Developer with 5 to 7 years of experience in Python3 for our hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and a keen interest in Finance & Accounting. This role involves working on cutting-edge projects that drive our companys mission forward with a focus on delivering high-quality code and innovative solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Python3.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Help maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
  • Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
  • Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.
  • Document software designs and code for future reference.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development with Python3.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Have experience in Finance & Accounting domains is a plus.
  • Show proficiency in writing clean maintainable and efficient code.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Have a solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
  • Be familiar with version control systems like Git.
  • Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
  • Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
  • Have experience with Agile development practices.
  • Show the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Be comfortable working in a hybrid work model with a day shift.

    • Certifications Required

    Certified Python Developer Finance & Accounting certification is a plus.
