Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Product Consultant with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management and a background in Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role requires a strong technical background and the ability to drive product success. The position offers a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and optimization of IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions to ensure efficient asset management processes.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of product strategies that align with client requirements and industry standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for asset management within the Industrial Manufacturing domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Maximo solutions with existing systems.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of client needs and develop customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Maximo implementations to ensure optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients and internal teams on Maximo Asset Management.
  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within the specified timeline.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Maximo Asset Management and Industrial Manufacturing.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients as needed.
  • Prepare detailed documentation and reports on project progress challenges and solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of asset management processes.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management.
  • Should have a strong background in Industrial Manufacturing.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have the ability to lead and manage complex projects.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should be proficient in developing and delivering training programs.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proven track record of successful project implementations.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Should be adaptable and open to learning new technologies.
  • Must have a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.

  • Certifications Required

    IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management V7.6 Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
