Scrum Master
Job Purpose
Scrum Master (SM) will be responsible for supporting the product owner, technology lead and the team in the implementation of scrum methodology, agile principles and best practices. The SM will make sure the team lives by the agile values, empowering them to become high performing teams focussed on productivity, business value and quality deliverables. You’ll also need the ability to coordinate people and projects (occasionally facilitating changes) with your mind set on deliverables. Key Responsibilities
· Supporting Product Owner in Product Planning and Product Backlog Management
· Supporting Delivery and Technical Leads in execution of product plans
· Supporting Tech Owner in managing product related changes and enhancements
· Managing Service Operations ensuring quality and timely deliverables
· Managing Capacity Planning and Quarterly Deliverables in discussion with PO and Tech Owner
· Managing and Coordinating Product Related Meetings and Stand-Ups
· Managing Product Related Tools, SharePoint and Stakeholder Communications
· Responsible for removing impediments that are blocking the team from making progress.
· Responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and help the team identify areas for improvement; facilitate communication and collaboration between the teams.
· Responsible for building a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
Requirements
· Master or Bachelor degree in computer science, Business or Similar Field.
· 8-10 years’ Experience in field of Data, Digital and Tech with 3-5 years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
· Good understanding of ITIL Framework and ITSM Principles.
· Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
· Strong understanding of Project Management and Software Development Practices.
· Experience working in a cloud-based Data & Analytics platform (AWS, Snowflake, Azure, GCP).
· Excellent communication and facilitation skills with an ability to work with cross-functional teams.
· Certified Scrum Master or equivalent certification.
· PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis and planning of business processes to identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
- Oversee the implementation of automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Provide expert business analysis to support strategic decision-making and project planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements for network-related projects.
- Conduct thorough analysis of network systems to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful execution of network initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the progress of automation and network projects to stakeholders.
- Ensure that all automation and network solutions comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate team members on new automation tools and techniques.
- Evaluate the performance of implemented solutions and recommend improvements as needed.
- Support the development of business cases and ROI analyses for proposed automation and network projects.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in automation and networks.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis and planning methodologies.

Certifications Required
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional
