Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 9 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Anaplan and a strong background in Order Planning and Supply Chain within the Consumer Goods domain. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on innovative projects that drive our companys success and positively impact society.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Anaplan solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of Anaplan models to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide technical expertise in Order Planning and Supply Chain processes within the Consumer Goods sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and document technical specifications and design documents.
  • Ensure the scalability and reliability of Anaplan solutions.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain system health.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on Anaplan best practices and methodologies.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of Anaplan.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment of Anaplan solutions with business goals.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Anaplan-related issues.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies.

  • Possess a strong understanding of Anaplan and its application in business processes.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Order Planning and Supply Chain within the Consumer Goods domain.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining complex Anaplan models.
  • Have experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Display strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Be capable of mentoring and training junior team members effectively.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Have a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a strong understanding of business processes and their alignment with technology.
