Senior Process Executive - L&P

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive - L&P - Voice with 2 to 3 years of experience in international call handling(US- Voice skills) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and domain expertise in information gathering claim investigation and validation. This role requires excellent English language skills and the ability to work night shifts from the office.


Responsibilities

  • Making 40-60 calls per day to US provider office and retrieve medical records
  • Conduct thorough investigations and validations of claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze data generate reports and track claim statuses.
  • Gather and compile relevant information from various sources to support claim investigations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to resolve claim-related issues.
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all claim investigations and outcomes.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to management on the status of claims and any potential issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless claim processing and resolution.
  • Identify trends and patterns in claims data to support process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements during claim investigations.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to enhance claim investigation efficiency.
  • Support the team in achieving overall performance targets and goals.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by ensuring accurate and fair claim resolutions positively impacting customer satisfaction and trust.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel including data analysis and report generation.
  • Have proven experience in information gathering claim investigation and validation.
  • Demonstrate excellent English language skills both written and spoken.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Show ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule from the office.
  • Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
