Job Summary

We are seeking a Consulting Analyst with 7 to 10 years of experience in IT Consulting for a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will provide strategic insights and solutions to our clients leveraging their extensive domain knowledge. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively to drive impactful results.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis of client requirements and develop tailored IT consulting solutions.
  • Oversee the implementation of IT strategies and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on IT infrastructure software and systems to optimize client operations.
  • Conduct thorough research and data analysis to support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive consulting services.
  • Develop detailed project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise during implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client knowledge and skills.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all consulting activities.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
  • Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in IT consulting with a proven track record of successful projects.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Have a deep understanding of IT infrastructure software and systems.
  • Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Be adaptable to changing client needs and project requirements.
  • Maintain a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism and integrity.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Project Management Professional (PMP) ITIL Foundation Certification.
