Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience in PowerShell AYEHU and Ansible. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model focusing on day shifts. This role does not require travel. The Technical Lead will be responsible for overseeing technical projects ensuring the successful implementation of automation solutions and contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our IT operations.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of automation solutions using PowerShell AYEHU and Ansible
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of scripts and workflows to automate routine tasks and processes
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members ensuring best practices are followed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions that meet business needs
  • Ensure the successful deployment and integration of automation tools within the existing IT infrastructure
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions making adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency
  • Develop and maintain documentation for automation processes ensuring clarity and accessibility for all team members
  • Conduct regular reviews of automation solutions to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in automation technologies incorporating new tools and techniques as appropriate
  • Train and mentor junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all automation activities
  • Contribute to the overall success of the IT department by driving innovation and improving operational efficiency

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in PowerShell AYEHU and Ansible with proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address technical challenges effectively
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends and advancements in automation technologies
  • Have experience in mentoring and training junior team members fostering a culture of growth and development
  • Display a strong attention to detail ensuring the accuracy and reliability of automation solutions
  • Understand the importance of documentation and maintain clear comprehensive records of all automation processes.
