About the Role: As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in coaching and implementing Scrum in a scaled environment. You will leverage your strong understanding of Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe, to guide teams towards continuous improvement. Your leadership and facilitation skills will be crucial in managing diverse groups and ensuring effective collaboration. You will work closely with stakeholders to maintain direction and deliver multi-disciplinary projects successfully.
You will also be responsible for promoting best practices, filling in gaps in the Scrum approach, and using Agile work management tools like JIRA, ADO, or Trello. Your experience in software development and project management will help you navigate the entire software development lifecycle and manage requirements in an Agile context.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and implement Scrum in a scaled environment.
- Utilize Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe.
- Lead and facilitate teams, promoting continuous improvement.

- Certified Scrum Master or similar certification.

- Experience in delivering multi-disciplinary projects.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and team-building skills.
- Experience in a software development environment.
- Familiarity with Agile work management tools.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Experience with project management and requirements management in an Agile context.
