Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Service Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of IT Consulting and Analytics. The candidate will work in a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the customization and development of SFDC applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide expertise in Salesforce DevOPS to streamline deployment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Implement and manage SFDC Service Cloud to enhance customer service operations.
  • Develop and configure SFDC Lightning components to improve user experience.
  • Ensure proper configuration of SFDC to align with business needs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce projects.
  • Conduct regular system audits and prepare for upgrades to maintain system integrity.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on Salesforce-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to continuously improve the system.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new Salesforce capabilities and integrating them into existing systems.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in SFDC Development and Customization with at least 10 years of experience.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce DevOPS to manage and streamline deployment processes.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of SFDC Service Cloud and its implementation.
  • Show proficiency in developing and configuring SFDC Lightning components.
  • Exhibit strong skills in SFDC Configuration to align with business requirements.
  • Experience in IT Consulting and Analytics is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model with a day shift schedule.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest Salesforce trends and technologies.
  • Proven track record of successful Salesforce project implementations.
  • Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
