Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SF Consumer Goods Cloud SFDC Development & Customization SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration. This role is hybrid and requires working during the day shift. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of SF Consumer Goods Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide expertise in SFDC Lightning to enhance user experience and interface design.
  • Manage SFDC Integration processes to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
  • Configure Salesforce settings to align with organizational needs and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce projects.
  • Ensure the scalability and security of Salesforce solutions through thorough testing and validation.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  • Facilitate training sessions for end-users to maximize the adoption and utilization of Salesforce solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

    • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in SF Consumer Goods Cloud SFDC Development & Customization SFDC Lightning SFDC Integration and SFDC Configuration.
  • Should have a strong background in IT Consulting and Analytics.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Should have experience in conducting training sessions and providing technical support.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Should have a strong understanding of data security and compliance requirements.
  • Must be able to create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions.
