Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience in Oracle GenAI and Finance & Accounting. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model primarily during the day shift. This role involves leveraging technical and domain expertise to drive impactful solutions that align with our companys goals and societal impact.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis and implementation of Oracle GenAI solutions to optimize financial processes.
  • Oversee the integration of Oracle GenAI with existing financial systems to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide expert guidance on financial data analysis and reporting using Oracle GenAI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address financial process inefficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Oracle GenAI implementations and financial processes.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards through accurate data analysis and reporting.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of Oracle GenAI solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for team members on Oracle GenAI and financial analysis best practices.
  • Support the finance team in budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within the finance and accounting domain.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present findings and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Oracle GenAI and finance technology.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by driving efficient and effective financial operations.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Oracle GenAI and its application in financial processes.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills with a focus on financial data analysis and reporting.
  • Exhibit proficiency in integrating Oracle GenAI with existing financial systems.
  • Showcase excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Display a thorough understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Have a proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements in finance and accounting.
