Job SummarWe are seeking a Sr. Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience specializing in OpenText VIM and OpenText. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model with a day shift. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software solutions using OpenText VIM and OpenText technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
- Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
- Help maintain code quality organization and automation
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Implement best practices for software development and ensure compliance with company standards
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process
- Utilize analytics skills to derive insights and improve application performance
- Ensure that all development activities align with the companys goals and objectives
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in OpenText VIM and OpenText technologies
- Demonstrate proficiency in software development and maintenance
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Display knowledge of analytics and its application in software development
- Hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field
