Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of product development. The Product Manager will act as the crucial link between development, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring that the final product meets market needs and aligns with company objectives. Our products span across the retail sector, with a specific focus on Daily Banking and Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement product strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and opportunities for product innovation.
Define product requirements and create detailed specifications for development teams.
Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance product offerings.
Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in.
Manage product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and post-launch activities.
Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the retail sector.
Proven track record of successful product launches and management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency in product management tools and software.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
