Senior Program Manager (Hybrid)
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead and manage large, complex programs primarily in communications & media domain.
The successful candidate will have over 14+ years of experience, demonstrating expertise in client customer management, program execution, and the successful delivery of entrepreneurial and maintenance programs. This role involves working closely with global teams and customers, ensuring the seamless integration and execution of IT, infrastructure, and operations programs.
Location: Irving, TX (Hybrid/3 days in office)

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of programs to ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Oversee program governance and communication to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams in driving program tasks and activities.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Monitor program progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Collaborate with customers to define program objectives and results.
- Ensure effective communication and reporting to all relevant parties.
- Manage program resources, including allocation and utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Use domain knowledge in Sales Development to enhance program outcomes.
- Contribute to the company's purpose by delivering high-quality programs that positively impact society.
Qualifications:
- Must have extensive experience in Program Governance and Communication.
- Must have strong expertise in Program Execution.
- Must be proficient in Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Must have excellent communication and customer management skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Must be able to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
- Must have a proven track record of successful program delivery.
- Must be able to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must be meticulous and highly organized.
- Must be adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Must have a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales Development.
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applications will be accepted until 4/12/2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $102K – $185K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
