Job Summary
As a Consultant/ Senior Consultant with 7 to 13 years of experience you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
· Required knowledge of SQL and other analytical tools
· Required knowledge of core banking Domain and customer Domain
· Working knowledge of business process mapping and documentation.
· Facilitation skills to drive accurate requirements elicitation across many stakeholders
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical skills and ability to organize requirements effectively.
· Agile, Jira, Confluence, story grooming
· Requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation
· Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications
· Possess a bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance Accounting or a related field.
· Have a minimum of 7 years of experience in consulting or a related role.
· Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Exhibit excellent communication and presentation abilities.
· Show proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
