Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 8 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Terraform and Azure DevOps along with domain experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can work effectively in a day shift without the need for travel.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform to ensure efficient and scalable deployment processes.
  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps to streamline software delivery and improve productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies applying them to improve existing processes and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements particularly in the context of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
  • Participate in planning and execution of disaster recovery and business continuity strategies to minimize downtime and data loss.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance their experience and satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize infrastructure deployment processes and overall system performance.
  • Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks and communication both remotely and on-site.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong experience in Terraform and Azure DevOps demonstrating the ability to manage complex infrastructure and deployment tasks.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains ensuring compliance and efficiency in related processes.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
  • Demonstrate strong collaboration and communication skills working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Show a proactive approach to learning and applying new technologies and industry best practices.
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and documentation.
  • Display strong organizational and time management skills managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
