Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10 to 14 years of experience in project management specifically within the Payer domain. The ideal candidate will have expertise in project planning estimation tracking time management quality management scope management risk management cost and budget management and stakeholder management. Proficiency in Scrum MS Project and Agile PLM is essential. This hybrid role requires day shift work with no travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project requirements are captured and understood.
  • Oversee project estimation processes to develop accurate timelines and budgets.
  • Provide continuous project tracking to monitor progress and identify potential issues early.
  • Manage project time effectively to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
  • Ensure project quality management practices are followed to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Control project scope to prevent scope creep and ensure project objectives are met.
  • Identify and manage project risks to mitigate potential impacts on project delivery.
  • Oversee project cost and budget management to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Implement Scrum methodologies to enhance team collaboration and productivity.
  • Facilitate effective stakeholder management to ensure all parties are informed and engaged.
  • Utilize MS Project for project scheduling tracking and reporting.
  • Apply Agile PLM practices to streamline project workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Impact society by ensuring healthcare payer projects are delivered effectively improving service delivery to end-users.

Qualifications

  • Must have 10 to 14 years of experience in project management within the Payer domain.
  • Must have expertise in project planning estimation tracking and time management.
  • Must have experience in project quality management scope management and risk management.
  • Must have skills in project cost and budget management and stakeholder management.
  • Must be proficient in Scrum MS Project and Agile PLM.
  • Must have experience in project budgeting and financial management.
  • Nice to have experience in leading cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model.
  • Nice to have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Nice to have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Nice to have the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and environments.
  • Nice to have experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Nice to have a strong understanding of the healthcare payer industry.
