Lead Java Full Stack Developer
We are seeking a talented and experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in full-stack development with a strong background in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, AWS Cloud, and React JS. As a Full Stack Java Developer, you will design and transform solution architectures into application capabilities, participate in client meetings to prioritize business requirements, and create high-level design documents.
You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Location: Plano, TX.
*Candidate is required to be in the office 3 days a week*
Roles and responsibilities:
· Proficient in Full stack Java, Java Design Patterns, ANSI SQL, Spring boot, Kafka, Microservices, AWS Cloud, React JS, REST Web Services
· Design and transform the solution architectures into application capabilities.
· Good to have exposure to Banking Intelligence but not mandatory.
· Participate in client meetings to understand and prioritize the business requirements. Focus on the business domain using domain driven design.
· Create high-level design documents like application horizons, use-cases, activity diagrams, data-maps, schema designs, database designs etc.
· Leading the project technicalities with Microservices Architecture on Cloud and on premises.
· Bringing the quality gates, including secure coding, code coverage, code format templates etc.
· Lay the code branching, code merging and code commit policies
· Mentoring and guiding the peers to achieve the deliverables.
· Orchestrating the deliverable deployments, release notes.
· Root cause analysis with the help of application monitoring and log analysis and addressing the critical production issues postproduction.
