Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with 20 to 24 years of experience in project management specifically within the Cards and Payments domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in project planning tracking time management quality management scope management risk management Java / J2EE Oracle UNIXcost and budget management and stakeholder management. This hybrid role requires expertise in Scrum Agile PLM and MS Project with a focus on delivering.


Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions to ensure all project objectives are clearly defined and achievable.
  • Oversee project tracking to monitor progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Provide expertise in project time management to optimize resource allocation and meet deadlines.
  • Implement project quality management practices to maintain high standards and deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage project scope to ensure all deliverables are met within the agreed parameters.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks to minimize potential disruptions and ensure project success.
  • Oversee project cost and budget management to ensure financial efficiency and accountability.
  • Facilitate Scrum meetings to promote collaboration and ensure project alignment with Agile principles.
  • Manage project stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of expectations.
  • Utilize CX-Scrum Master skills to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
  • Oversee project budgeting and invoicing to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • Apply Agile PLM methodologies to streamline project planning and execution processes.
  • Utilize MS Project to create detailed project plans and track progress effectively.
  • Ensure all project activities align with the companys strategic goals and objectives.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment to enhance team morale and performance.
  • Contribute to the companys mission by delivering high-quality projects that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Impact society by ensuring the successful delivery of projects that support financial services and innovation.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have extensive experience in project planning tracking time management quality management scope management risk management cost and budget management and stakeholder management.
  • Must have expertise in Scrum Agile PLM and MS Project.
  • Must have domain experience in Cards and Payments.
  • Nice to have domain experience in Asset and Wealth Management.
  • Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Must have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Must be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • Must have a strong commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Must be able to provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Project Management Professional (PMP) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
