Job Summary

Responsible for evaluating the accuracy of data and using judgment to make decisions on

data quality. The role holder will be required to make outbound phone calls to business

representatives to verify information. This role is in a fast paced working environment where processes are subject to change on a weekly basis the candidate will need to be flexible and capable of adjusting to new instructions regularly. Basic computer operating skills are required.

Should be strong at Verbal and Written communication Excellent ability to work within a team and on ones own initiative

Process and raise required requests/transactions and make sound decisions related to customer requirements. Follow all compliance and security measures for client data Act on process transactions and handle the same with proper research. Adhere to process quality metrics and strive to exceed the monthly annual quality productivity targets. Adhere to process norms and structure. Perform day to day tasks and be responsible for handling high profile sensitive internal escalations while meeting defined SLAs at all times. Candidates should be able to complete semi technical investigations and master various internal debugging tools. The role requires sound judgment as you apply various policies to complex edge cases

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to operate and communicate effectively with people at all levels of the business. Flexible to work in complete Night Shifts and 24 7 coverage including public holidays and weekends based on the business requirements. Minimum qualification Graduate in any discipline 0 to 6 months of work experience of PE.
