We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Python Developer
About the role:
We are looking for a Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in Python and SQL to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model contributing to the development and optimization of our software solutions. This role is crucial for enhancing our technical capabilities and driving innovation.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Python and SQL

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features

Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications

Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs

Help maintain code quality organization and automation

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

Participate in the design and architecture of new software solutions

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers

Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

Optimize database queries and ensure efficient data retrieval

Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality

Document software solutions and processes for future reference
Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Python and SQL with at least 5 years of hands-on experience

Experience with software development in a hybrid work model

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders

Knowledge of software development best practices and methodologies

Familiarity with version control systems like Git

Experience with performance tuning and optimization of applications
