About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team within Cognizant’s Customer Service Transformation practice, part of our Enterprise Platform Services (EPS). This role is ideal for a seasoned architect with deep expertise in Google CCAI Platform, Genesys Cloud, and Amazon Connect. You will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge contact center solutions that drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Architect and implement scalable, cloud-based contact center solutions using Google CCAI, Genesys Cloud, and Amazon Connect.
  • Lead the development of robust, high-performance architectures aligned with business goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Integrate diverse systems and platforms to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences.
  • Continuously assess and enhance system performance, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of architectural designs and implementations.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Promote the adoption of modern technologies and methodologies across the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
  • Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to align on project objectives.
  • Deliver impactful technology solutions that contribute to positive societal outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience with Google CCAI Platform, Genesys Cloud, and Amazon Connect.
  • Strong background in designing and deploying scalable, cloud-native architectures.
  • Expertise in data quality, governance, and integration best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.

Certifications Required

  • Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect
  • Genesys Cloud Certified Professional
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $150,000 – \$180,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
  • Incentives: Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards
