About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Genesys Cloud Architect to join our dynamic team within Cognizant’s Customer Service Transformation practice, part of our Enterprise Platform Services (EPS). This role is ideal for a seasoned architect with deep expertise in Google CCAI Platform, Genesys Cloud, and Amazon Connect. You will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge contact center solutions that drive innovation and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, cloud-based contact center solutions using Google CCAI, Genesys Cloud, and Amazon Connect.
- Lead the development of robust, high-performance architectures aligned with business goals.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Integrate diverse systems and platforms to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences.
- Continuously assess and enhance system performance, identifying opportunities for innovation.
- Maintain detailed documentation of architectural designs and implementations.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Promote the adoption of modern technologies and methodologies across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and quality standards.
- Facilitate clear communication among stakeholders to align on project objectives.
- Deliver impactful technology solutions that contribute to positive societal outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience with Google CCAI Platform, Genesys Cloud, and Amazon Connect.
- Strong background in designing and deploying scalable, cloud-native architectures.
- Expertise in data quality, governance, and integration best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and innovation.
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices.
Certifications Required
- Google Cloud Certified – Professional Cloud Architect
- Genesys Cloud Certified Professional
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $150,000 – \$180,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
- Incentives: Eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards
