General Manager - P&C

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager - P&C with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Office and a background in Auto - Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance. This is a work-from-home position with night shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in managing and overseeing Property & Casualty insurance operations.
  • Provide strategic direction and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee the processing of Auto
  • Claims to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to generate reports and analyze data for decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise in the day-to-day operations.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Drive initiatives to improve customer experience and retention.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong technical skills in MS Office.
  • Experience in Auto
  • Claims and Property & Casualty Insurance is highly desirable.
  • Should have excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Should have a proven track record of achieving business targets and objectives.
  • Must be detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Should have the ability to adapt to changing business environments.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Should have a customer-centric approach and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
  • Must be able to work night shifts and manage remote teams effectively.
  • Should have a strong understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) preferred.
