We are currently looking for a Functional Analyst to join our growing team and work in a Cloud technology related project.

What you´ll do

As a Functional Analyst, you will play a key role in the routing and helping to solve technical issues with different teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Routing Bugs and Feature Requests. This goes beyond just triaging them --the Routing Business Analyst should be able to understand how to investigate whether something is a Bug or working as intended, and clearly explain back to stakeholders why.
  • Be able to scope out requirements for the changes that should be made, and implement the required updates. This implies:
  • Understanding clearly how the feature currently works.
  • Conduct precise research and Test out different scenarios if the situation calls for it.
  • If necessary, make changes in the App Configuration files, and publish them.
  • Follow-up on the release approval process.
  • Communicate accurately the diagnostic, status and next action items to the different stakeholders.
  • Keep the Routing-related Documentation updated. This will also imply writing new documents and articles for new Routing Apps.
  • Assist with UAT cases execution when required.

Necessary skills and experience required:

· Experience in working with Routing and Assignment processes, and Workforce Management tools.

· Functional and Technical background.

· 5+ years of Business/Features Analysis and Development experience, including understanding Processes and gathering Requirements Analysis and Bug-fixing / Configuration adjustments.

· 2+ years of work experience in Program/Project Management, coordinating Implementations of Processes, Workflows and Tools within a Technical Organization or Enterprise Support Team.

· 2+ years of experience in Support, or any Customer facing Operations.

· English proficiency: Upper intermediate and above.
