Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Product Specialist with a strong background in Microservices and Java Webservices to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of experience and possess domain expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work both remotely and on-site with no travel required. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain high-quality Microservices and Java Webservices to support our product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements.
  • Ensure that all developed services are scalable reliable and secure.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of services to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to Microservices and Java Webservices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Document all development processes code changes and technical specifications.
  • Work closely with the Property & Casualty Insurance domain experts to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of product releases and updates.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of deployed services and make necessary improvements.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and any issues encountered.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess strong technical skills in Microservices and Java Webservices with hands-on experience.
  • Have a solid understanding of the Property & Casualty Insurance domain and its specific requirements.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show a commitment to staying current with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Have experience working in a hybrid work model and managing tasks both remotely and on-site.
  • Display a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact the product.
