Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Test Analyst with 5 to 7 years of experience in the Automotive Industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Module testing Test Metrics and Reporting Test and Defect Management Automated Unit Test Integration and White Box Testing. This role is hybrid with day shifts and does not require travel.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the testing efforts for various modules within the automotive domain.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans and test cases.
  • Provide detailed test metrics and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Manage test and defect tracking processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Implement automated unit test integration to streamline testing processes.
  • Conduct white box testing to ensure code quality and functionality.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and design discussions.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts and test data.
  • Monitor and report on test progress and results.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the project by ensuring high-quality software delivery.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have experience in Module testing Test Metrics and Reporting Test and Defect Management Automated Unit Test Integration and White Box Testing.
  • Should have a strong background in the Automotive Industry.
  • Must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should have experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Must be familiar with software development life cycle and testing methodologies.
  • Should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be proactive and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Should have a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
  • Should have a good understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Must be able to provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.

  • Certifications Required

    ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level or equivalent certification in software testing.
