Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 5 to 9 years of experience in Java Fullstack development. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model and be part of a dynamic team contributing to the design and implementation of innovative solutions. Primary: Java 11+ JEE Spring Spring Boot Microservices Design Patterns and DevOps Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) GenAI: Any Code Companion Secondary: UI (Angular/React)


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Java Fullstack applications to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Maintain code quality organization and automation.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for projects.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
  • Contribute to the companys purpose by delivering impactful solutions that enhance user experience.

    • Qualifications

  • Possess strong expertise in Java Fullstack development.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
  • Have experience with back-end frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
  • Show familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL.
  • Exhibit knowledge of version control systems like Git.
  • Understand agile methodologies and practices.
  • Display excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Have strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Possess a strong understanding of software development best practices.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Show a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
