Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Change LifeCycle Management AI-enabled chatbots Networking Incident Management Service Desk Service Now and Windows. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment contributing to our companys success and making a positive impact on society.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of Change LifeCycle Management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of AI-enabled chatbots to enhance customer service and streamline operations.
  • Provide expert support in Networking to maintain robust and secure communication systems.
  • Manage Incident Management processes to quickly identify resolve and prevent issues ensuring minimal impact on operations.
  • Supervise the Service Desk team to deliver exceptional support and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize Service Now to manage and track IT service management processes ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Administer Windows systems to ensure optimal performance security and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in IT processes and systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes systems and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in IT service management.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality IT services that support business objectives.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Change LifeCycle Management AI-enabled chatbots Networking Incident Management Service Desk Service Now and Windows.
  • Nice to have experience in Service Desk domain to provide additional insights and expertise.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
  • Must have a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

  • Certifications Required

  • ITIL Certification Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
