Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 14 to 18 years of experience to join our team. Primary: GenAI Models Agentic AI Python Agent Architectures Prompting patterns LLMOps MLOps AI Guardrails RAG patterns Data modelling and engineering Micro Services Architecture Code Companions Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) GenAI Strategies and Implementation Secondary: Node.js Java/.Net


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of AI solutions to meet commercial objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of AI models and ensure their integration with existing systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure the scalability reliability and performance of AI solutions.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate relevant technologies into projects.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions and processes.
  • Work closely with data scientists to optimize AI models and improve accuracy.
  • Drive innovation by exploring new AI techniques and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions for team members.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions and make necessary adjustments.

  • Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Commercial Gen AI and its applications.
  • Strong understanding of AI algorithms and machine learning techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow PyTorch or Keras.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security best practices.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring technical teams.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

    Certified AI Architect TensorFlow Developer Certificate AWS Certified Machine Learning Specialty
