Job Summary

As a Client Relationship Manager you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients. You will leverage your extensive experience in Sales and Marketing to drive client satisfaction and business growth. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of CRM systems and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment. Travel may be required to meet with clients and ensure their needs are met.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Oversee the implementation of CRM strategies to enhance client engagement and drive sales growth.
  • Provide expert guidance on sales and marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and client data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client activities and performance metrics to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all client interactions.
  • Lead client meetings and presentations to showcase the value of our products and services.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic account plans.
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract new clients.
  • Manage client contracts and agreements ensuring all terms are met and renewed as necessary.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to build and strengthen relationships.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 15 years of experience in Sales and Marketing with a strong focus on client relationship management.
  • Demonstrate expertise in CRM systems and their application in sales processes.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Show a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Have the ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Display strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Be willing to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.

  • Certifications Required

    Certified Sales Professional (CSP) CRM Certification
