Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 6 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in FLEXCUBE - Money Market (MM) FLEXCUBE - Limits Flexcube Installer utility and FLEXCUBE - Trade Finance. Experience in GL Accounting is a plus. This hybrid role offers a day shift with no travel required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and customization of FLEXCUBE modules including Money Market (MM) Limits and Trade Finance.
  • Oversee the installation and configuration of the Flexcube Installer utility to ensure seamless integration.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for FLEXCUBE-related issues to maintain system stability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize FLEXCUBE applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on FLEXCUBE functionalities and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all FLEXCUBE implementations.
  • Participate in project planning and provide technical expertise to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor system performance and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues and implement updates.
  • Provide regular status reports and updates to stakeholders on project progress and system performance.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the team.

  • Money Market (MM) FLEXCUBE
  • Limits and FLEXCUBE
  • Trade Finance.
  • Must have experience with Flexcube Installer utility.
  • Nice to have domain skill experience in GL Accounting.
  • Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must have a proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry trends.
