We are currently seeking a Salesforce administrator
Job Description:
- As a Salesforce System Administrator, manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and access controls to ensure compliance with life sciences regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GxP).
- Perform daily monitoring of the Salesforce environment for any performance or operational issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (e.g., system errors, data discrepancies) related to Salesforce applications used in clinical trials, patient management, or medical devices.
- Collaborate with the IT team and Salesforce developers to address complex problems and escalate critical issues.
- Develop change, release management strategies, and perform releases for the Salesforce applications using DevOps and CI/CD processes and tools, including Flosum/Copado and Static Code Analysis Tools.
- Maintain data integrity by performing regular data audits, cleansing, and deduplication
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (HIPAA, GDPR) through proper handling and storage of business data.
- Assist in the implementation of new Salesforce features, integrations, and third-party applications.
- Perform impact assessment, validation, and documentation of periodic Salesforce major upgrades or newly released features, ensuring alignment with the regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic reviews on GxP and non-GxP systems to identify potential process gaps, opportunity for improvements and enhanced user experience.
- Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, support activities, and compliance procedures to support audits and inspections.
- Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to assist application teams in the effective use of Platform-specific tools (such as Copado, CodeScan, AppExchange apps, etc.) in their daily operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and IT departments, to ensure Salesforce supports their specific needs in the life sciences project.
- Work with vendors, consultants, and partners to support system integrations (e.g., with ERP, middleware) and troubleshoot any related issues.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce innovations and life sciences industry trends to propose new solutions and process optimizations.
Qualifications
- 6+ Years in Salesforce as a System Administrator.
- Experience with Salesforce Platform Management
- Experience with Flosum/Copado and Static Code Analysis Tools.
