Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience specializing in Windchill to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in Multi Channel domains. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of both remote and in-office work with no travel requirements. The position operates during day shifts.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Windchill applications to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support for Windchill-related projects.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windchill applications.
  • Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices through code reviews and testing.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
  • Document technical specifications and project requirements clearly and comprehensively.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to foster their professional growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with the Multi Channel domain team to integrate Windchill solutions seamlessly.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess a strong technical background with extensive experience in Windchill.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Multi Channel domain skills.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Show strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Display the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.

  • Certifications Required

    Windchill Certified Professional Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred.
