Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Developer with 8 to 10 years of experience in Ignition Full Stack Business Analysis & Planning Data Modelling and Data Migration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Utilities domain. This role is hybrid and requires day shifts. No travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain applications using Ignition Full Stack to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
  • Conduct thorough business analysis and planning to align project goals with organizational objectives.
  • Design and implement data models that support efficient data storage retrieval and analysis.
  • Oversee data migration processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy during transitions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Perform regular code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain system performance and reliability.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed applications and processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.
  • Participate in project planning and status meetings to provide updates and insights on project progress.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

  • Qualifications

  • Must have strong experience in Ignition Full Stack development.
  • Must possess excellent business analysis and planning skills.
  • Must have expertise in data modelling and data migration techniques.
  • Must have domain experience in the Utilities sector.
  • Nice to have experience with hybrid work models and day shift operations.
  • Nice to have strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Nice to have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Nice to have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Nice to have a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
  • Nice to have experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Nice to have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Nice to have a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

    Certified Ignition Full Stack Developer Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP)
