Role: ServiceNow-Senior Business Process Consultant
Location: Remote
A Senior Business Process Consultant - ServiceNow at a Cognizant company, is an outstanding professional who assumes a meaningful role in guiding clients and teams towards successful process optimization through the assessment, analysis, and mapping of better workflows and implementation of standard, measurable processes so that accurate next steps can be envisioned and realized in automation.
Responsibilities
- With an extensive understanding of industry standards and proven market practices, they deliver tailored solutions that optimally address outstanding challenges and drive process perfection for each client.
- As a trusted advisor, the Senior BPC nurtures a collaborative environment that fosters knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, actively collaborating with teams and clients to achieve mutual success. Using their expertise, they skillfully develop strategic roadmaps that outline a well-structured and incremental approach to process maturity, ensuring a smooth transition towards optimized operations.
- Through meticulous analysis, strategic mentorship, and the establishment of performance metrics, the Senior BPC guarantees the seamless integration of standard processes, resulting in heightened efficiency, improved effectiveness, and balanced growth for the organization. Additionally,
- the Senior Business Process Consultant takes on a secondary responsibility of providing functional support to the Business Development teams during pre-sales activities, using their expertise to assist in building tailored solutions that precisely align with client requirements.
Qualifications, Certifications & Experience
- CPDE (Required or equivalent)
- ITIL v3 or 4 (Required) Six Sigma (Desirable)
- Agile (Desirable)
- Prosci (Desirable)
- TOGAF (Desirable)
SN Certifications & Experience:
- CSA, Business Process for Implementation
- Demonstrated ability Process development, Process management, and Process improvement
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $105,000 - $110,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
