Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Process Executive - CHD with 2 to 4 years of experience in Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English and a good understanding of Inventory Management Warehouse Management and Inbound Logistics in the Retail domain. This is a work-from-home position with rotational shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Manage customer interactions through various channels ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Utilize technical skills to handle customer service software and tools efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and outcomes
- Monitor and report on customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations in all customer service activities
- Support inventory management by coordinating with warehouse teams and tracking stock levels
- Facilitate inbound logistics processes to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve any logistical issues
- Provide training and support to junior team members as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance customer service delivery
Qualifications
- Must have strong experience in customer service with excellent communication skills in English
- Should have a good understanding of inventory management and warehouse management
- Experience in inbound logistics within the retail domain is highly desirable
- Must be proficient in using customer service software and tools
- Should have the ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a work-from-home environment
- Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Should have the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
Certifications Required
Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
