Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Solution Architect with 18 to 22 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive technical expertise in Salesforce and a strong understanding of data quality and data governance. This hybrid role requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement innovative solutions that align with our companys goals.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements translating them into effective technical solutions.
  • Ensure that all Salesforce solutions adhere to best practices and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Salesforce solutions and processes.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance of Salesforce applications identifying and addressing any issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and updates incorporating them into existing solutions where applicable.
  • Implement and enforce data quality and data governance standards within Salesforce applications.
  • Work closely with data governance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users ensuring they can effectively utilize Salesforce applications.
  • Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for Salesforce and data governance initiatives.

  • Qualifications

  • Possess extensive experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of data quality and data governance principles.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Show proficiency in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Have a proven track record of successfully leading technical teams.
  • Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce best practices and industry trends.
  • Hold relevant Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect.
  • Have experience with hybrid work models and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Possess a strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to data governance.
  • Show the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues.
