ServiceNow Senior Consultant

Job summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Process Consultant with extensive experience in ServiceNow ITSM ITIL V4 and ITIL V3. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in the Hi-Tech domain. This hybrid role requires excellent English language skills and offers a day shift with no travel requirements.


Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and management of ServiceNow ITSM solutions to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.

Oversee the development and maintenance of ITIL V4 and ITIL V3 processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow ITSM to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical challenges and opportunities for innovation.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations to maintain the integrity and security of IT services.

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members and stakeholders.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Conduct regular reviews and audits of ITSM processes to ensure adherence to established standards and guidelines.

Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of IT services.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to ServiceNow ITSM.

Develop and maintain documentation for ITSM processes procedures and best practices.

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making to align IT services with business goals.


Qualifications

Must have extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

Must have in-depth knowledge of ITIL V4 and ITIL V3 processes.

Should have experience in the Hi-Tech domain.

Must possess excellent English language skills for reading writing and speaking.

Should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.

Should have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.

Must have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Should have experience in developing and delivering training programs.

Must be able to monitor and analyze performance metrics.

Should have experience in conducting reviews and audits of ITSM processes.

Must be able to drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.

Should have strong documentation skills.

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
